Leadership

The course teaches what is required to be a leader in today’s increasingly complex society and learn through the development of various models of leadership and acquire the knowledge of what model of leadership would apply in diverse labor and individual situations. The course also permits students to guide their actions and those of teams they may eventually become a part of for the achievement of an organizations goals and objectives.
